1% Version: Do exercise, 1/3 High-Intensity Strength Training (like CrossFit), 1/3 Endurance (swimming > running, for your knees) and 1/3 stretching (yoga) sounds like the best regiment for day-to-day energy/mood and longevity. Everything below 10 hours per week is very likely extremly cost effective (adds more time to your life, then it takes)
