Status: Draft Epistemic status: Extremly Weak (both for me and the field in general)
1% version: Eating is most likely very individual, so experimentation and tracking (with a continous-glucose monitor) is a better recommendation then a specific diet, like low-carbs or low-fat. Fasting (or fasting-mimicking) could also be worth a try.
One of my least developed habit stacks. I am currently resisting eating more, because it would require substantial work, and there is some evidence that staying at the lower end of BMI is advantageous. But given that I am mostly vegan at this point I would like to research this more.
