Brush your teeth
Epistemic status: Very Strong Effect size: very large 1% version: Just form a habit around it. For me flossing in the morning instead of the evening was key.
Don’t wash your hair to often
Epistemic status: Decent Effect size: small 1% version: Its a waste of time and not very good for the hair anyway. I do it roughly once per week with shampoo.
